§ 6 Third-Party Analytics and Marketing (Google Analytics & Hotjar)
(1) Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to analyze and improve platform usage (Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Information generated by cookies is usually transmitted to Google servers in the USA. We utilize the "_anonymizeIp()" extension, ensuring IP addresses are truncated to exclude personal identification.
Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can prevent data collection by installing the browser plug-in: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
(2) Hotjar: We use Hotjar to better understand user needs (e.g., time spent on pages, clicked links) and optimize our service. Data is stored in pseudonymized profiles and is not used to identify individual users. You can opt-out here: www.hotjar.com/legal/compliance/opt-out.
§ 7 Social Media and Video Integrations
(1) Social Media Links: We link to our profiles on Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Data is only transferred to these platforms if you click the respective links. LinkedIn, Meta, and Google are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
(2) YouTube Videos: We embed YouTube videos in "extended data protection mode." Data is only transmitted to YouTube when you play the videos.
§ 8 Newsletter & Email Marketing
(1) With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter via a double-opt-in process. We store your IP address and times of registration to verify your consent.
(2) We use Mailjet (Mailjet SAS, Paris, France) to send and analyze newsletters. Mailjet evaluates reading habits (e.g., open rates, clicked links) using web beacons to help us tailor content. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the emails.
§ 9 AI and Design Service Providers
(1) ElevenLabs (AI Voice Generation): To provide the core AI voice generation functionality of the Anivision platform, we use ElevenLabs. Text prompts and audio inputs provided by you are transmitted to ElevenLabs for generating synthetic voiceovers. Processing is required to fulfill our SaaS services (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
(2) Canva: We use Canva (Canva Pty Ltd., Australia) for graphic design support. Data may be transferred globally; Canva US Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
§ 10 Online Scheduling and Contact
(1) We use Google Meet, Calendly, and Google Forms for online meeting bookings, user surveys, and contact requests.
(2) When you contact us or book a demo, we collect your name, email, company, position, your specific industry segment (e.g., E-commerce Brand, Developer/Tech, Investor), and your inquiry. This is done based on your explicit consent
(Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Calendly and Google are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
§ 11 Cloud Infrastructure and Hosting
To securely store and manage your data, we utilize the following cloud providers. All of these providers are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) or (f) GDPR):

§ 12 Refund Policy
To request a refund, users must contact our support team via email. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are calculated based on actual usage. The value of any used credits or services will be deducted from the total subscription price.
Refund eligibility:
- Pro Plan: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase.
- Business Plan: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the subscription start date and are subject to usage evaluation.
Additional terms:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times may take up to 5 business days.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of misuse or excessive consumption of services.
